Silver Sequin Wedding Dress at Tipi Wedding

After two years of uncertainty and not being able to see so many family and friends, we wanted a big party where everyone could celebrate together. We wanted a relaxed day, so avoided any traditions that we weren't keen on, and filled the day with things that we loved. I swapped the traditional white dress for a silver sequin wedding dress, at the ceremony our friends chose alternative readings (from our favourite films), instead of a cake, guests helped themselves to a tower of doughnuts paired with espresso martinis, and we had an incredible female singer to end the night.

Enjoy every minute of your day. It goes so fast and you'll wish you could do it all over again when it's over. Get to know your suppliers before your day and you'll be so much more relaxed. Make sure you feel yourself in your dress, hair and makeup. And, don't think you have to follow every rule and tradition. It's your day.
