Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We don’t have a minimum order quantity, however due to the delivery costs involved smaller orders may not be as cost effective.
What if we damage some items?
Damages happen, firstly don’t panic. We wouldn’t want the worry of damages to ruin anyone’s day. As part of our service, we take a damage deposit prior to delivery, which is then returned within 7 days of your event minus any damages.
What if the number of people attending changes?
We always recommend securing your favoured items with us as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. That's why we allow you to make revisions to your item quantities up unti 2 weeks before your wedding date. This allows you to finalise numbers after you've received your RSVP's from your guests.
