"We picked JacksBack initially after looking at their website & Instagram account and was really impressed. We spoke to Michelle and she was absolutely lovely and helpful in giving advice for our Wedding. We decided to choose JacksBack because of their originality, quality, price & expertise. A decision that we are so glad we made. We spoke to Michelle & Joe just before the wedding to finalise the details of how the day would go. They were so friendly and reassuring and took the stress and worry away. On the day, they came and greeted us in our separate venues and both of us were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Michelle and Joe took a variety of photos and videos thought out the day. Some natural, official, and items of meaning and relevance. Joe interviewed my husband-to- be at the hotel which was a nice touch to the video. The photos are of excellent quality. Final payment was not required until after the wedding which took away some pressure and showed us just how trusting they were. Throughout the day they were non intrusive, yet in control of how things were progressing to ensure we get the highest quality possible. "We planned our wedding in a short space of 10 weeks and one very important park to me and my husband was to get someone to capture every moment so we could relive the day for years to come. After being messed around I started to feel deflated and didn't believe this would happen. I was recommended jacks_back media on a wedding page on Facebook and from the very first email I felt so at ease. The communication was amazing every email and question I had was replied to so quickly. I even got the opportunity to send over pictures that I wanted recreated on our big day nothing was to much. Joe and Michelle did not stop at our wedding they where everywhere and made everyone feel so comfortable, our 6 year old daughter wanted to go play and they where so patient with her and didn't overwhelm her giving us loads of breaks so we was also able to mix and have a drink with guests. They where both so easy to talk to and so friendly they felt like friends at our wedding, when guests wanted photos with their partners they where straight there we had so many commented for days after about how amazing they where. We had our sneak peak photos and video back 2 days after the wedding and it was so mu h better than I ever experienced. There was so many parts of the day that you forget as the day goes by so fast but they captured everything and it was so special getting to sit down and go through together. DO NOT BOOK THIS PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER - I don't want anyone to have pictures as FABULOUS as mine! Honestly, I can not believe how lucky I was to find Michelle and Joseph for our last-minute, badly organised wedding. They are friendly, funny, professional, artistic, and so down to earth. They made our photos look like a high-end editorial shoot, which would be a challenge for anyone with little old me. I would recommend these guys to everyone! If you are reading this review because you are looking for a photographer/videographer, stop looking. You will not find better. I genuinely can't thank you both enough. I just hope you can both find a photographer that's as close to your standards for your wedding so you can feel even slightly as special as you guys made us feel! ❤️
