What price do services start at?

We offer an intimate elopement package for £250 Our fully bespoke wedding design has a minimum spend of £1000, this allows me to design in the style I love with the quality and variety of flowers that are so important.

What areas do you cover?

We are situated in Gloucestershire but are happy to travel to parts of North Somerset, Bristol and Bath, parts of The Cotswolds, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire and further afield for the right occasion.

What are your core values?

Sustainability: We think carefully about where we source our flowers, growing some ourselves, using local flower farmers and using a wholesaler who is also employing sustainable practises. In addition we never use non-biodegradable floral foam, we compost our waste which then feeds our cutting patch and we don’t use harmful chemicals in our growing. Customer Service: Our customers are so important to us, forming a relationship and learning about your dreams for the day are paramount. Bespoke Design: We love wild and whimsical design and use carefully considered colour, texture and scent to create designs that complement and elevate your wedding day.

How does the quotation process work?

Once you contact us we will direct you to an initial enquiry form, once complete and we have confirmed availability there will be an option to book in a consultation with Poppy or ask for an initial quote with a consultation to follow. A non-refundable booking fee secures your date. We then stay in contact until about 6 weeks before your wedding when we go through the finer details and arrange for the first final balance to be settled.

What’s your favourite thing to create for a wedding?

We love working with you to design a floral scheme that is individual to you. One of the most versatile arrangements is a meadow box, created with chicken wire and water in all sort of different vessels these can be used in so many different places, moves easily and tailored to reflect your style. We’re also really partial to a broken asymmetrical arch for wow factor!

Hiring Wild Poppy Blooms for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Poppy made everything so easy. We filled out her online form with all the information she needed to put together a proposal and from the questions she asked, it was clear that Poppy was passionate about her couples' visions and ideas being brought to life. I was amazed by how quickly Poppy got back to us and put together some ideas too. Her ideas and suggestions were spot on, it was like she had seen inside my head! Every conversation we had with Poppy was great, she was enthusiastic and so lovely to chat with. We had total trust in Poppy from the beginning, she worked so hard to pull together our colour palette and used a wide variety of flowers to make the beautiful arrangements. We had garden meadows down the aisle which were later used in our reception space. These just elevated our venue without it looking over done. Poppy was helpful in suggesting how we could reuse arrangements to get the most from the flowers and she helped us make sure none of the flowers went to waste the next day. Poppy was fabulous to work with. She's got a great passion for flowers that really comes through in her conversations and her work. She was calm, relaxed, always smiling and just generally a joy to work with. We are so grateful to her for helping to create our dream wedding!
