Inspiration

We've seen a few emotional first looks in the past, but none quite as joyful as Annie and Emma's heart-warming moment before their Crab and Lobster wedding. And once you see how stunning they look, you'll probably be tearing up too... Two brides in killer dresses is all we could ask for and more. Couple that with the most adorable flower girl you ever did see, and our hearts are fit to burst! A drag queen DJ and Sunday roast were just the icing on the cake, and if arriving in a white Rolls Royce isn't the ultimate wedding entrance, we just don't know what is?

Everybody just let their hair down and had a good time. We didn't set any expectations and just thought it would be a great day. It was better than we'd ever imagined!

THE DRESSES

The only thing better than one amazing wedding dress, is two amazing wedding dresses...and that's exactly what Annie and Emma gave us at their Crab and Lobster wedding. Annie found her dream dress on Instagram and searched for months to find it, finally finding the boutique who told her it would take up to a year to arrive. After a quick panic, and ringing every stockist in the UK, she found one two hours away (on sale no less!) and bought it over the phone without trying it on. When it arrived it was love at first sight, and after looking at the incredible shots, we would say it was definitely worth it!

CRAB AND LOBSTER RECEPTION

The sun was shining and the guests were beaming throughout Annie and Emma's outdoor wedding. They wanted chilled, boho summer vibes, and if you ask us they pretty much nailed it! From the palm print and flower crowns to the sunset dance by the fountain, this really was the summer wedding of dreams. We also just had to draw your attention to the incredible lightbulb sign at their Crab and Lobster wedding reception. There are wedding signs and then there are wedding signs... all we can say is that would definitely be hanging above our fireplace for a few years to come!

Having your photographer shoot your first look before your ceremony is a great way to capture the special memory for years to come.

Advice for couples planning their wedding? Try not to set really high expectations and just go with the flow. Whatever happens it will always be a perfect day!
