What Made Our Day Unique

I don’t think either of us ever thought we would be able to get married in front of all our family and friends and to have such a beautiful wedding but thanks to the referendum in 2015 we could. We wanted our wedding to be relaxed, romantic, unique, old worldly glam, chic and wanted it to reflect our personalities. This was all achieved thanks to Edel from Vintage Affair. She helped achieve our perfect day, one we will never forget.

Wedding Planning

We knew we wanted to get married just after Christmas and we wanted to have it the following year so it was important to get out and start the search as soon as possible to find the perfect venue and the date that we wanted which ended up being the 28th of December. Rachel’s priority from the very beginning was getting the band Spring Break she even emailed them prior to us having a venue they told us to come back to them when we secured the date & venue, luckily when we did they were free. Securing a good photographer was so important to us. I got on to our photographer Conor Brennan a few weeks after we go engaged. I knew Conor only did a few weddings a year so I was keen to secure him. Conor really captured every genuine moment of our day that we will cherish forever.
