Inspiration

If you're in the market for an elegant manor house wedding brimming with opulence, incredible outfits, luxe-minimalist wedding decor and alpacas (yes, you did read that right), then you're in luck. Stop the hunt now! Because this editorial shoot has all of that and more. The chic, timeless styling paired perfectly with the snowy hills of Yorkshire, where the Falcon Manor is nestled. Not only that, this shoot was made possible by local female-run businesses. Recommended supplier Bowness Film was the mastermind behind both the concept of the shoot, and its glorious photos. Recommended supplier Bluebells And Daisies was in charge of those remarkable florals - and what an awe-inspiring job they did. Every part of this shoot screams grandeur in the best possible way.

Luxury manor house wedding surrounded by snow and splendour

I had a vision of clean, soft neutrals with an abundance of Florals. Inspired by the editorial magazines that grace all of our shelves I wanted to achieve effortless beauty and romance throughout the shoot.

Falcon Manor House wedding

Bowness Film, the curators of this stunning shoot, had wanted to plan a country manor house wedding shoot for some time. So when they stumbled across Falcon Manor in Yorkshire, they knew they had found their perfect backdrop. Nestled in Settle in the Yorkshire dales, Falcon Manor was surrounded by snow covered rolling hills, making it the most picturesque backdrop possible. Country house wedding venues allow you to leave the buzz of everyday life for a little while in place of relaxing and idyllic eccapism. Sometimes, we all need a little escape - especially when that escape includes incredible florals, gorgeous gowns and alpacas

Timeless, elegant styling

This shoot offers clean, soft neutrals with an abundance of florals. And might we add, we're here for every minute of it. Bowness Film achieved beauty and romance with a near effortless grace at this manor house wedding. The light linens, minimalistic wedding stationery and luxe table designs are beyond-fabulous, and truly never go out of style. Hence; timeless! The focus on the luxurious elements that brought this shoot together really makes it feel like a five-star event. The bride's incredible lace wedding dress added to the theme perfectly - matching with the style and decor, but equally standing out, too. It's a win-win!

Lace wedding dresses, a classic groom black tuxedo, baby's-breath florals and so much more... All in one shoot.

The brief was ABSOLUTELY nailed by each and every vendor.

The venue styler used tulle and candles to bring through the romance of the styling. The cake artist designed an incredible vintage heart cake, and the florist transformed the room with beautifully fresh and dried neutrals!

The romance, luxury and timelessness seep out of each and every photo. And it isn't just the styling that tied together this entire shoot. That classic wedding car is a dream come true! If you want to find a similar way to arrive in style on your big day, then our article on wedding cars is a good place to start. The live music on the grounds of Falcon Manor also added to the magnificence of the day. It may seem tricky knowing where to start your own live music hunt for your wedding. Until right now, that is. Our article on choosing a live wedding band will definitely help you get on the right track.
