This beautiful wedding took place at our incredible Recommended Suppliers venue, Treseren. We still can’t get enough of micro weddings, and here’s why… Ellen & Tom were able to add in those personal touches throughout their day. Complete with hand dried flowers from Ellen’s mom’s garden for their confetti, His & Her’s Cornish gin cocktails (delicious), and homemade patisserie desserts! We absolutely adore the relaxed but stylish feel, topped off with a muted colour palette of pinks and peaches. Oh, and couples portraits on the beach? You really can’t go wrong… there gorgeous florals were also provided by Recommended Supplier, Three Acre!

Having a smaller, intimate wedding meant that we could focus on all the little details making in that much more unique.
SUPPLIERS
Treseren have an amazing list of recommended local and trusted suppliers which they shared with us at the initial enquiry stage - we found this really helpful in helping us to budget. Treseren then put us in touch with the suppliers directly and we went on to use their recommendations for the catering, the florist, the hairdresser and make up artist. For the wedding outfits and the decor, I did a lot of research on Instagram and Pinterest! I had a clear idea of the colours and styles I liked which made it a bit easier to narrow my search down.
ADVICE
Getting the right venue is SO important. There is so much to think about when planning a wedding. An experienced venue (like Treseren) will think of all the things that you won't think about, so you can just enjoy thinking about all the lovely details. Find the right photographer! Think about the style of photos you like and have meetings with your photographer to ensure that you feel comfortable with them. Also make sure you have a list of photographs that you definitely want taken so that it's captured in the way that you want to remember it.

Shout out to my incredible Mum who played such a massive part in organising and styling the venue. She designed and had all of the signage printed, she set up mock wedding tables at home so we could work out the number of vases and candles, she arranged the vases of the flowers the night before the wedding, she hand stamped confetti cups and sweetie bags to the early hours - these are just a few of things she did for us to make it the wedding of our dreams.
