Intimate Brighton Wedding In The Lanes

After decades together and three previous attempts, this intimate Brighton wedding proves that small, personal moments can create the biggest memories with tambourines, short wedding dresses, and all!

My advice to couples planning their wedding is to focus on what truly matters to you both, rather than what you think you “should” do. Plans can change, sometimes unexpectedly but the heart of the day is about celebrating your love. Don’t get caught up in perfection; the little imperfections often become the best memories. Include the people who mean the most and find ways to make the day personal and unique to your story. Most importantly, be present, soak up the love around you, or the rain in our instance, and remember that it’s not the size of the wedding but the joy it creates.
One of our favourite moments was being the only day of a sunny week to be hit with the biggest thunderstorm and sideways rain when a member of the public waved us over to take shelter in their garage! A wholesome moment together with strangers.
