Nothing is that deep. If you can't get exactly what you want in something, e.g. cake, a cocktail, flowers, etc. It's not the end of the world; the day is more than the bits that get thrown away. To save stress, focus on the main things and get them out of the way first, such as venue, food, drink, photography, video, and entertainment. These are the glue of the day, so when they're sorted, the rest of it is so much more enjoyable to plan, and it gives you headspace to think creatively and decide what you actually want as a couple. It's your day, and you can do whatever you want.

Tom serves in the Royal Navy, which is where the boat aspect came into it. We didn't include any gimmicks throughout the day, as the boat and gorgeous views were stimulating enough for our guests. Nothing about the day was particularly polished or fancy, just great energy, drinks flowing, beautiful views and probably a bit feral toward the end.
