The inspiration was not only the Amalfi Coast itself but an opportunity to celebrate girl power, with a predominantly women-owned business vendor team. Almost all of our incredible vendors, from planning/design to stationery, to photography, to floral, to cake designer, to all dress/suit designers, to bridal accessories, to beauty, to the venue were women-owned businesses…

The inspiration for the fashion for this elopement was creating something beautifully harmonious yet unique. With an elegant, bespoke Dara Ford suit paired with a blush silk camisole underneath, the first bridal look is gorgeous and contemporary! The same pink silk from the camisole was used to make a bow for the other bride’s hair. Similarly, the pearl accents in the earrings and wedding dress also appeared as a subtle detail on the other bride’s shoes. The couple were matching but in subtle and personal ways. Pink bows also appeared on the neck of the limoncello bottle favours, and pearl accents dotted the napkin rings, creating a cohesive look throughout.
The elopement wedding was a celebration of joy, colour, playfulness, and fun, the whole elopement touched on all of the colours in the beautiful Positano skyline - shades of pink, Amalfi-lemon yellow, and Tyrrhenian Sea blue - and incorporated local elements (like lemons and limoncello) to honour the location. The stationery suite included a mix of citrus shades, soft pink watercolour accents, and pink bows. These elements reappeared on the table: bows on the limoncello bottles and cheerful clusters of lemons tucked in with the florals and on the menus. Soft pink sugar ribbons cascaded down the beautiful cake.
A celebration of joy, colour, playfulness, and fun, the florals touched on all of the colours in the beautiful Positano skyline and incorporated local lemons as a nod to the area and to add a bright, festive pop of colour.
