I help couples during any stage of their planning process from full and partial wedding planning all the way to on the day coordination and planning hours. Everything I do is bespoke and is tailored to you and your unique wedding.
What makes you different?
I created Hannah Rachael Weddings out of a genuine love and admiration for everything weddings and wedding planning. I have spent numerous years in the wedding & events industry in order to be able to provide my couples with the knowledge, expertise and support they need. All to make sure your wedding is exquisitely planned and that no detail is missed or under appreciated.

Which areas do you cover?
I am based in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, but love travelling up and down the country helping couples to plan their wonderful day! I have experience working in a variety of venues including barns, stately homes, marquees and everything in between.

From start to finish Hannah works tirelessly to help create and execute your wedding vision, from liaising with suppliers, sourcing decor and bringing everything to life on the day she really did create the wedding of our dreams and it wouldn't have being the same without her. We cannot recommend Hannah and her services enough! We got married at home on our farm and she made the entire process a million times easier for us. She worked tirelessly from the moment we booked her until late into the night of our wedding day, doing whatever needed doing to make our day run perfectly. All of our suppliers commented on how great she was to work with and she completely shielded us from any of the organisational issues we didn’t need to know about on the day! Hannah, We cannot thank you enough for all you have helped us with over the last 12 months. From the panics and wobbles to the last minute COVID drop-outs, you have been a steady stream of calm. We had no doubt that no matter what happened, you were there to help us. You gave us the most perfect stress free day that any couple could wish for. Not to mention all the extra time and effort you spent with us taking notes of all the details to make our day so incredibly personal to us. We really do appreciate you coming the day before and on the day to set up. The way you styled the tables and whole venue was beautiful and more than we could have imagined.
