Make your own wedding rings

My fiancé and I spent the whole day in Edward’s workshop crafting our weddings rings, and we couldn’t believe how beautifully they turned out. From the very beginning, Edward made us feel completely at ease and walked us through every step of the process with so much patience: from melting our chosen metal, to milling, soldering, filing, and polishing it into the form of our ‘forever rings’. It was such a deeply meaningful experience, and by far the most enjoyable part of our wedding planning. Thank you Edward and James for the professionalism, kindness and the knowledge you shared with us. We’ll never forget it!

We did Edward's Wedding Ring making workshop last September and it remains one of our best days. We loved Edward's website which was detailed and gave us good information to make decisions on what we wanted to have. Edward was very transparent and fair on pricing. We also loved Edward's commitment to ethical and conflict free minerals (it's quite cool to know where the materials in our rings come from!) From our arrival in Edward's workshop we were put at ease. Edward is a natural teacher with a love for what he does and that is contagious. He gave clear instructions but was also incredibly attentive and stepped in when needed/we were getting a little tired. The day was really fun to top it all off! The rings we made are stunning - our friends and family cannot believe that we made them ourselves! It is incredibly special to have them with us as we get married and a perfect day making them was the icing on the cake. Thank you Edward - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!

We went for the wedding ring workshop and it was one of the best decisions we have made since starting the wedding planning! The day was so much fun and we learned so much from Edward. The rings looked far more professional and finished than I thought we would be able to make - far exceeding the quality I've seen in a lot of mass-produced wedding bands. We travelled down from Manchester and have absolutely no regrets. Would highly recommend to anyone who is even a little bit interested in making their own wedding rings!

Wow. Thank you Edward for a wonderful experience - a fantastic day and two beautiful wedding rings to treasure. Cannot recommend enough. Grateful for such helpfulnes, very good instruction, with great patience - good coaching is such a skill!! Lunch was lovely. Workshop well equipped and homely. Would not have changed anything. Would tell anyone thinking of buying rings to forget it and go to you instead. Can’t be better.

We had such a great time at the make your own wedding rings workshop. Ed is very experienced, friendly, patient, helpful (and many other good adjectives). I was pretty slow and had messed things up a few times (e.g. hammered too hard......) along the way but Ed would always come to the rescue. One added bonus of this workshop is that you can work directly with platinum, whereas many other workshops we had found only let you work with silver and then cast platinum after. James had also been very good with the communication even after the workshop as we awaited for the engraving and stone setting to be done. We would highly recommend! Thank you so much Ed, really appreciate all your help in creating these lasting memories. Couldn't have been happier with our rings!
