Pooch Patrol Bespoke Wedding Dog Chaperone

We used Anna’s guest of honour service for our Labradoodle Dudley at our wedding in June. After multiple exchanges over the telephone and email we went to Anna’s house to meet her and her pooch Ella. She gave us some great hints and tips to practice at home with Dudley to prepare him for his walk down the aisle, as ring bearer. We then met Anna on two occasions after that at our wedding venue to see how the day was going to work and to have a practice. Anna was very flexible in terms of meeting the needs of what we wanted for the day – and it all went smoothly! Anna is friendly, approachable and we felt at ease knowing that Dudley was in safe hands with her. I’d recommend Anna to anyone thinking of having their pet at their wedding.

We used Anna’s Guest of Honour service so Rory could be at our wedding and I would recommend Anna to everyone. Anna was so friendly and professional throughout. She listened to what we wanted for the day and ensured it happened. Anna also ensured she talked me through how she would persuade Rory to behave on the day. I loved the update pictures I got throughout Rory’s stay with Anna too and I could see he was clearly having a great time. It meant the world to us that Rory could share our special day. I was very stressed in the build up to our wedding but Anna took away any worries as far as the arrangements for our dog, Milo, were concerned. She took the time to learn as much as she could about Milo in advance. She is so kind, caring and accommodating, and put me completely at ease that Milo would be absolutely fine despite his anxieties – and he was! She sent me photos and updates which were so lovely too. On our big day she brought him along to our reception and she was brilliant behind the camera, encouraging Milo to look the right way for the camera to get us the best possible photos. We were so grateful that he could join us for some of our wedding photos, and that he had such a loving home to stay with, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special wedding weekend. Anna was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend for anyone needing a doggie chaperone at their Wedding! She was so understanding and flexible with our requirements for our wedding and the logistics. We had every faith that Bear was in safe hands. He loved playing with the other dogs in Anna’s care at her home, before being needed for the photos at our reception. She came well prepared with lots of treats and was a great help getting Bear to pose for group photos. Anna was very attentive and always on standby if we wanted to see Bear. Our guests loved meeting Anna and seeing Bear feature at our special day!

Anna was an absolute superstar to work with from the moment we reached out to her enquiring about the Guest of Honour service she offers. We initially met Anna and she answered all our questions and made a plan for the day. We even visited the venue before the wedding day with the dogs and Anna and she reassured us that they would be okay and walked through what would happen. At every stage from start to finish, Anna was so kind and provided so much reassurance, especially as we were worried because our dogs haven't stayed with anyone outside of immediate family before. Anna is so kind and it radiates through her work, she sent updates when she picked up the dogs to let us know they were okay and sent further updates later on for us to see when we had our phones. Our dogs had the best time in her home an we are so grateful we found Anna. We recommend anyone with fur babies to book Anna for their wedding as you won't just have a “dog chaperone”, but a friend for you and your dog.
