You know we’re all about an alternative look on your wedding day, and something we’ve been seeing a lot more of is a bridal suit. It’s chic, classy and sophisticated, and it’s the perfect outfit if you’re just not comfortable in a dress! Of course, we’ve rounded up a few of our faves (because there are FAR too many to choose from). But, if you fancy trapping yourself in a bridal suit spiderweb, be sure to scroll down to the bottom. There you’ll find a few more inspirational articles featuring plenty of inspiration! Now, let’s get lost in a little style…

Bridal Suit

Now, if you’re looking for a little convincing, then you’ve come to the right place. A bridal suit is the perfect option if you’re just not comfortable in a wedding dress, or you’re looking for something a little different. We absolutely adore the versatility and how chic they look! It may also be something to consider if you’re looking to have a smaller ceremony and a bigger wedding party! Hey, the potential of having two outfits - who’s complaining!? Real bride Chelsea looks incredible in her Nadine Merabi suit, finished with on-trend pearl detailing. We’re also loving Adele’s look; a beautifully fitted suit jacket and black bandeau style top underneath. Oh, and do leave a moment to check out Harrie, her belted jacket and sunglasses combo is a serious win!

Alternative Bridal Suit

If you’re leaning toward a suit, but are wanting something a little different, then don’t panic, we’ve got you! Maybe you’re still feeling a wedding dress, but not the whole shebang? Well, Rose has seriously got this one down. Her beautiful suit is finished with a skirt, rather than trousers, which is a fabulous option if you’re still wanting something slightly more wedding dressy.  Or perhaps you’re feeling a coloured suit? Mel wore a beautiful powder blue suit, complete with a bright floral buttonhole. We’re also loving this oversized number, which is giving us serious Vogue editorial vibes. Remember, it’s all about what you’re comfortable in!

Bridal Jumpsuits

Now, let’s start with a jaw-dropper. Real bride Ying looks absolutely FLAWLESS in her appliqué jumpsuit. From the low back to the dramatic train, we simply cannot get enough. Also, a perfect example of a little outfit change (we’re all for the double whammy). A jumpsuit is also perfectly paired with a cape, giving you that bridal feel you may be craving without stepping you right out of your comfort zone. Chloe looks incredible in her handmade bridal jumpsuit and cape (created by her nan!) Or how about Sarah? Her boho vibes and bridal hat are all the inspiration you need…

Bridesmaid Suits

We couldn’t forget your girls! Bridesmaid suits are a real winner in our eyes. You only need to take a look at Gita & Sergei’s wedding day. Their girls look absolutely incredible in their different coloured suits complete with jaw-dropping florals you don’t want to miss. Or how about Eleanor & Karissa’s big day? The bridesmaids made their way down the aisle in beautifully fitted nude suits - not to mention Karissa in her coloured suit - love!
