Inspiration

I thought about the current climate and where we find ourselves right now in the wedding industry, I thought about the brides who are still wanting to go ahead with their small/restricted ceremonies and to let love win. Postponing the party and saving their main dresses they were so eager to wear for another year in the future. I thought about what these brides would be wearing to their smaller affairs and it came to me. I needed to produce a selection of stylish mini and midi's that you would not find on the high street, yet would not break the bank and would be special enough for that day and wear again in the future.

I feel extremely lucky to have had the most amazing photographer and visionary Sammy on board, the shoot was so easy because of her and the images speak for themselves. Sammy really did bring my dream to life, the models who are a couple very much in love were so perfect, people were actually congratulating them on the steps of Old Marylebone!! We had Cacti And Wildflower create the prettiest bouquet, again elegant and stylish with a nod to current trends mixing fresh and dried flowers. Finally, the perfect hair and makeup by Off Duty Wedding MUA. I wanted to have an air of the '60s about the model, but with a modern vibe. I sent over many inspirational pics of Bardot, Twiggy and Marianne Faithful to name a few. Kerri nailed it. Meg just exuded coolness and gave my dresses the edge I was looking for without over trying!
