We sought Ben out as our wedding photographer, as he was a Swanage local and had already shot a Swanage pier wedding before and we’re so glad that we did! Ben captured the day so perfectly. The photos are just beautiful. Our guests have been so complimentary of how great the photos have turned out. Ben himself was fantastic, not just on the day but in the lead up to the wedding and afterwards. Ben really took the time and care to communicate with us and listen to what was important to us. He was also ever so prompt at responding to any queries we had. Ben brings such a great energy and really puts you at ease. One of our favourite parts of the entire day, was our couples photoshoot around the old streets of Swanage. We had so much fun! I really appreciated all his suggestions too, as it meant we got some fantastic pictures, especially the ones on the bridge ????

My husband and I couldn’t recommend Ben high enough! He is an outstanding photographer and I feel so lucky that we found him to capture our special day. It started with a chat over the phone and Ben answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He seemed excited about the venue and surroundings which I loved! We booked him about a year in advance and I avidly followed his Instagram account over that year with amazement and excitement, seeing the amazing photos he posts, his relaxed style and unreal lighting. Then we had the engagement shoot. I was really nervous and as someone who feels self conscious about my body etc I was dreading it! However Ben again made it easy. He kept it comfortable and gave good direction - definitely made the big day easier as I felt more comfortable in front of the camera (exactly what he advised, of course!) On the day it already felt like we’d know Ben for years. He fit in so well and wasn’t intrusive at all. He patiently waited whilst events happened so find that perfect shot (and for me to boss round the guests to get all the family pics!!) 2 days after the wedding, whilst at the airport about to go on our honeymoon we received the preview photos. I was in awe! I couldn’t believe these were our wedding photos!! The first time I’ve ever seen numerous pictures of me and felt beautiful. The photos were brilliant. When we received the whole gallery I was even more impressed. I love our wedding photos, and so do all our friends and family. If you’re thinking about booking Ben, I would 10000% recommend. Don’t miss out.

Ben photographed our wedding back in June and we could not be happier with the results! The photos he took were exactly what we wanted; so many beautiful candid moments as well as the posed photographs we requested. We had a festival style wedding and he was so relaxed the entire day and really made us feel at ease. Having the engagement shoot as part of the package is an excellent idea and such a great way to get to know Ben before the big day. We couldn't recommend Ben highly enough, his photographs are worth every penny and his attention to detail is paramount. You will not be disappointed!

Ben photographed our wedding in July 2023 at Kingston Country Courtyard, Dorset, and the whole experience that Ben provided was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, organised and what felt like invisible, getting amazing photos from all angles; he has a knack for anticipating a great photo opportunity. From sending out the first message to book Ben, the wedding photography process has been a blast! From the pre-wedding photoshoot, to receiving photos of our special day, Ben has it all under control. Ben clearly understands what a couple needs from a wedding photographer, including a fair price, undivided attention and a fun character thrown in. I’m so glad that we chose Ben and Matti as our photographers! Not only have they produced some absolutely beautiful photos, they made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They were so enthusiastic and encouraging about all of the photographs they took from engagement shoot to the wedding day! It’s fair to say that myself and my partner feel that we don’t always photograph well and they have have turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined; everything that we’ve received, photographs and feedback alike have been world class. A lot of our guests commented on how friendly they both were and how wonderful the preview photos are. Ben even helped me pin my dress as the zip broke and Matti painted one of my bridesmaids nails! They both truly went the extra mile, myself and my partner cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and diligence. We cannot have asked for any more.

Ben did our wedding photography, he was absolutely fantastic and everyone has commented how gorgeous the photos are. He went the extra mile helping us create some shots that we wanred. We originally met Ben when my partner arranged for him to photograph his proposal as a surprise, which went absolutely seamlessly thanks to Ben. I was none the wiser until I saw him standing next to me after I’d been proposed to - he captured the whole thing. Truly the best, thank you Ben :)

We cannot rate Ben highly enough! We had 2 shoots with Ben, 1 pre-wedding shoot, and our wedding day! The photos are better than we could have ever imagined, he captured our day perfectly we are beyond grateful! Not only that, he is so kind and personable! He blended in on the wedding day working his magic, we barely noticed we were being photographed, and he didn’t miss anything! Not only that but he communicated with us throughout the build up to make sure he captured everything we wanted, he was quick to respond to any queries, and payment was made easy through a portal! We got 40 photos through within days of our wedding so we had some to enjoy so quickly, we can’t wait to get them all!

The best way to sum up Ben is simply brilliant and so talented. Ben photographed our wedding at Highcliffe Castle in April and we’re so glad we came across him (apologies it’s taken so long for the review). It’s clear to see from his portfolio that Ben takes great care with his work and is passionate about it. From meeting with Ben, it was an easy decision to have him on board for our journey and to capture our day. He’s very friendly and easy going, responsive and clear in his communication and professional throughout. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he was very helpful when we asked for some advice about other aspects of our big day. We had a lot of fun on our pre-wedding photo shoot with Ben and he made both of us feel at ease in front of the camera. We both felt very relaxed by the end of it and had full confidence in Ben for our wedding day and he didn’t disappoint. On the day itself, Ben and his second shooter blended into the day wonderfully capturing everything that went on. Having the second shooter was definitely one of the best decisions as it meant we got photos of all our guests and some candid shots; it also meant we had photos of the two families getting ready when we had more time. Saying the photos are stunning would be an understatement, we are so happy with them and have new favourites every time we look at them. Thank you so much Ben! We would recommend to anyone to use Ben to photograph their wedding, you won’t regret it.

Having Ben at your wedding feels like having an extra friend with you. His is so warm, friendly and comforting as well as being able to provide advice and guidance about the whole day. It's genuinely a joy to be around Ben. His photos are incredibly special. He has such a talent at catching the raw, emotional and unposed moments which really create the most special memories. We can't believe how quickly Ben has sent us our previews pictures after our wedding and can't wait to see the full gallery. Ben came to us highly recommended and we were already familiar with his work. It was an absolute no brainer booking him and I truly believe he is the best photographer you could have.
