Do you create bespoke designs?
I offer a bespoke design service for all wedding stationery items such as save the dates, invitations, and on-the-day stationery. If you're looking for something unique to match your colour scheme, theme or to match your bouquet please email hello@paperflore.co.uk. I'd love to discuss your ideas! I also offer template designs, this is a great option if you're looking for a quick turnaround. You can select one of my existing designs and I'll personalise the text for your wedding.
If I order save the dates, can you design invitations to match at a later date?
Yes. Invitations are my favourite item to make so please get in touch if you have any queries. I don't advertise my full range of invitations on here due to the wide range of options available. Any save the dates seen across my page can be adapted into invitations at no extra cost. I also offer a bespoke design service if you'd like your invitations made uniquely to your wedding flowers, scheme or colours. How do I place an order?
Firstly, if you haven't already viewed my price list brochures, please head to the following link: www.paperflore.co.uk/wedding-invitations www.paperflore.co.uk/weddingstationery Once you've had a look through and know what options you'd like to proceed with, please fill out an order form (links to the order forms can be found on the brochures) You will receive an invoice via email. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a booking, and the remaining 50% is due once the artwork is approved. Payment can be made via my website, Etsy, paypal or bank transfer. You'll soon receive your first artwork draft, how exciting!
What is your turnaround?
A digital proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to you within 2-3 days. Once approved, your finished stationery will be printed and delivered within 7-14 days depending on the quantities and how complex the order is. For example, a full bespoke suite will take longer to create than choosing a design template. I highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
When should I order wedding stationery?
Save the Dates - Usually 12-18 months in advance. The earlier the better especially if your wedding is during peak season. If you're getting married abroad, I'd recommend sending your save the dates around 18-24 months before. Invitations - If you have sent save the dates to your guests, I usually recommend sending invitations around 6 months before. Otherwise, around 8-9 months before the day. On the Day Stationery - I recommend pre-booking an appointment a few weeks after the date on your RSVP, or approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding day.
Can you create a bespoke wedding venue drawing to include on invitations?
Yes! I love creating venue illustrations, after studying illustration at university for 4 years, drawing really is my passion and what I love most. I can create your venue in three different styles; sketch, line drawing, or a watercolour painting. This can be added to your invitations to give it that extra special touch.
