Our wedding at Swanley Meadows genuinely felt like we were living a dream. Our friends and family couldn’t believe it either - it was magic in ways that words can’t describe. From initially booking, Jenny was the warmest, loveliest person who made us and our families feel so special. We booked before she’d purchased her tipis, but we completely trusted she would pull off her beautiful vision and wow did she, and then some. The tipis, the outdoor area, the cosy corner, the ceremony area, even the toilets(!!) were all decorated so elegantly to compliment the natural surroundings. We had a beautiful outdoor legal ceremony under the stunning 200-year old beech tree, surrounded by gorgeous fields and meadows. It was stunning! This was followed by a barbecue and a live brass band - vendors we chose for ourselves - and then we glamped under the stars. We woke up the next day to bacon sandwiches and went off for a walk with our guests in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Whilst planning, Jenny was so helpful in facilitating and accommodating our vision for the day and giving us valuable advice throughout the process. We honestly could not have felt in better hands. In the immediate lead up and on the day, Jenny, with the fantastic Kate and team from Florence & Vera, coordinated everything so beautifully and so personally. Both of them, and their teams (including fantastic Jack from Copper Bar Company) were just an absolute joy spend time with. Thank you all, so much, for giving us a day more special than we could have ever hoped or dreamed.

We got married here last week and couldn’t possibly have asked for a better experience. Jenny and the team are incredible, and should be really proud of everything they have achieved in their first year. Jenny was a calm presence throughout, always available for questions and offered helpful solutions during our planning. We felt that Jenny was always in control and we could relax in the run up to the wedding. Jenny was incredibly responsive, sensitive and transparent at all times. The venue itself is fantastic, with an amazing mix of nature and practicality (eg, the onsite Copper Bar ran by Jack and his fantastic team). We had multiple things to consider right up until the ceremony starting (eg, how to deal with a bit of rain) but Jenny and the team were on hand at all times to advise and act on our decisions. We honestly wouldn’t change a single thing! We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone. All of our guests absolutely loved the venue too.

Jenny at Swanley Meadows was truly amazing from the get go. Full of passion and vision to give us the wedding of our dreams with her gorgeous outdoor tipi venue. Nothing was ever to much to ask, very responsive and a fantastic person to have alongside us throughout the whole wedding planning/day. We will be forever thankful for giving us the wedding we dreamed of.

We had our wedding at Swanley Meadows on 11th August 2025. When we started planning our wedding we knew we wanted a day that felt like us and reflected us as a couple. We both love the outdoors so Swanley Meadows was the perfect setting, it is a gorgeous venue and the views are beautiful. Lots of our guests commented on how nice the venue was and the surroundings. You get lots of flexibility with picking suppliers so you can really make the day your own! There's plenty of accommodation around too for guests in hotels / Air bnbs or you have the option to camp, which was great as we had lots of people travelling for our wedding. Jenny is fantastic and was always on hand to help us with any queries we had during the planning process too 😊 Thank you!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here this August and it could not have been more perfect! From our first conversation with Jenny she went above and beyond to make our wedding day a truly personal and incredible day, thinking of everything. Jenny is meticulous in her attention to detail in planning and organisation but also practical and hands on in her approach. Throughout the whole planning process and lead up to the day she was proactive in her communication, brilliant at responding to queries and couldn't have been more helpful with all the arrangements. This enabled us to relax and not feel worried about the logistics as Jenny is such a safe pair of hands. On the day itself Jenny was on hand at all times we needed anything even helping with hands on tasks like outfit changes. The events coordination team including Kate were completely on it all day ensuring everything ran seamlessly. The bar team ran by Jack were also fantastic. Jack accommodated all our drinks menu requests and the copper bar is simply stunning! It looked incredible lit up at night and is the best addition to the tipis. The tipis were simply magical lit up by fairy lights and featured sparkling disco balls over the dance floor. We could not have been luckier with the weather which was very fortunate on our day. The venue was perfect as a setting for a large family wedding where the children could run freely around the field surrounding the tipis while the adults could relax and enjoy the celebrations. I have never seen such boujee toilets at an outdoor wedding which everyone remarked on! Overall we are so glad we chose Swanley Meadows for our wedding and are so grateful to Jenny and the team for everything. ❤️ We hope to return in the future.

Me and my wife Helen had our wedding celebrations here on 2nd August 2025 and it couldn't have been more perfect. As soon as we spoke to Jenny for the first time, we knew we were in good hands. She is practical, thoughtful and friendly. Every little detail was catered for, all the guests had an amazing time and Jenny/Kate could not have done any more to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day. If you are thinking of having your wedding here then do it, you won't be disappointed!

From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was the one...even just from having viewed the field on a cold November morning! It just has a feeling that you can't explain. The setting is absolutely stunning! It's peaceful, beautifully kept, and full of natural charm. It truly felt like our own little hidden paradise for the day! A huge part of what made our experience so exceptional was Jenny, the owner. She is simply amazing. From start to finish, she was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Jenny went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and you can tell how much love and care she puts into every wedding held at Swanley Meadows. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her calm, reassuring presence made all the difference in the lead-up and on the day itself! Our guests were blown away by the venue... from the scenic ceremony space to the relaxed, joyful atmosphere throughout the day. It was everything we’d hoped for and more. We will treasure our memories of this day forever, and we’re so grateful to Jenny and the team at Swanley Meadows for making it all happen.
