Inspiration

Rebekka & Akaash renewed their vows in a truly stunning way - and by that, we mean at Inner Temple Hall with a church ceremony, personalised letter favours, a vinyl guest book and so much more. But we'll get to that in a bit. The couple had whimsical, romantic and elegant in mind when planning. And they absolutely pulled it off - their day oozed wonderful opulence from start to finish. Rebekka rocked not one but two sensational bridal outfits - one, an off-the-shoulder, layered tulle wedding dress, and the other a deep red and gold lehenga. The couple celebrated their Indian background while keeping traditional elements with a church ceremony. Akaash donned a fantastic bottle green velvet suit too, which had us all swooning. I mean, let's be real - this entire wedding had us swooning. Swoon!

Inner Temple Hall vow renewal with vinyl guest book and personalised letter favours

Inner Temple Hall is a Georgian building and it felt like we stepped back in time with the old paintings, chandeliers, candelabras and antique furniture. We ordered bespoke calligraphy banners from 'We are White Dragonfly' on Etsy with our favourite quotes to compliment the historic hall. The florals were inspired by the secret garden, so we had lots of cascading ivy, cow parsley and blooms. Our florist really brought the outside indoors and it was breathtaking.

Inner Temple Hall

Nestled within the heart of London's historical tapestry, Inner Temple Hall stands as a timeless testament to elegance and charm, making it a coveted destination for unforgettable weddings. This exquisite wedding venue, steeped in centuries of tradition, effortlessly blends the grandeur of its medieval origins with modern amenities. As you step through its ornate doors, you're welcomed into a space where soaring Gothic arches and intricate stained glass windows create an atmosphere of enchantment. A venue like this is perfect for an elegant theme. Please welcome to the stage: Rebekka & Akaash's incredible big day. Their wedding theme tied perfectly with the opulence of the venue, with guests dancing upon the polished wood floors. The stunning banners and incredible outfits sparkle against this wonderful backdrop. The grand floral arrangements also played their part in making this wedding day so entirely special. We're always a fan of foliage table runners - especially on a classic white tablescape. Classic, chic, and all-around beautiful.

Vow renewal with Indian traditions

The second half of Rebekka & Akaash's vow renewal ceremony was infused with Indian traditions. It was a radiant celebration of enduring love and cultural richness. Rebekka, draped in vibrant hues and adorned with intricate jewellery, and Akaash rocking a gorgeous sherwani, honoured their commitment to one another. The scent of fragrant flowers filled the air as marigold garlands were exchanged, symbolising the essence of their union. The exchange of their vow renewal resonated deeply, reaffirming promises made long ago and forging them anew. It wasn't just this that made their day so special, though. Wanting to honour their guests, the couple wrote personalised letters to each and every attendee. They must have had pretty sore hands... But it was all worth it for the looks on everyone's faces. The vinyl guest book also made their day unique. Getting their guests to sign a record, this means Rebekka & Akaash can symbolically listen to their big day over and over. *Wipes tear from eye in dramatic fashion*.

We're absolute suckers for an off-the-shoulder, layered tulle wedding dress!

For our wedding favours, we wrote personalised letters to our loved ones. We knew it would be impossible to spend time with everyone at Inner Temple Hall, but wanted to make sure our loved ones knew how much they meant to us... so we penned down our favourite stories, the reasons why we loved and appreciated them or an encouragement to take home and keep forever. It took us a while to put together but it was absolutely worth it in the end when we saw our loved ones' faces light up as they opened their letters during the wedding meal.

Rebekka & Akaash

Rebekka & Akaash's vow renewal was something out of a fairytale. If that fairytale was set at Inner Temple Hall and included glorious outfits, fantastic love, gorgeous florals and so much more. The wedding stationery was also absolutely stunning - classic and chic, just like the couple. If you're in need of on-the-day wedding stationery inspiration, we've got you covered.
