Kissing You.

This morning’s wedding contains perhaps the largest wedding bouquet I have seen. Like EVER.

And it is blinking gorgeous to boot, much like bride Sam and her beautifully clad dusky blue maidens also clutching their own daisy bouquets.

David’s groomsmen don’t scrub up too badly either in their blue three-piece suits and beaming grins; I particularly love the fact that David has distinguished himself sartorially with a spotted tie. Oh I do love me a bit of polka dot action.

This dazzling pair also had an awesome wedding cake shaped like a tree trunk and emblazoned with their initials surrounded by a heart…just like proper old skool graffiti. Oh and there’s possibly the best group shot of all the men at the very end that I guarantee will make you want to recreate it for yourselves.

Take it away Sam.

England Meets India.

I’m feeling more than a little smug this morning because I get to share possibly the best two-day-English-Indian wedding I have EVER seen. That’s right folks, Lyndsey and Kayyor were lucky enough not to have one but TWO big days!

They started their wedding extravaganza with a smaller, intimate traditional English infused civil ceremony at the Olde Bell in Hurley. Filled to the brim with soft pink roses and silver candelabras and a beautiful 1920s drop waist dress, it couldn’t have been more different to their second ‘I Do’ the following day at Hedsor House.

This time, against a back-drop of freshly fallen snow, the two participated in a traditional Hindu ceremony that just oozes colour and energy and excitement. Saris and a Bollywood theme were the order of the day with guests in traditional Indian dress against lavish decor.

Just wait until you see the beautiful flowers on the Mandap. I died and went to heaven. Actually I died over pretty much every single detail of Kayyor and Lyndsey’s two day affair. It looks flipping epic!

Vibrant Blooms For A White Wedding.

There is nothing I love more than fresh colourful flowers against a crisp white background.

The simplicity of the combination, especially on a glorious summers day, is a difficult one to beat. And today’s wedding completely proves why.

Lovely Bride Lucy, who I think looks very much like Princess Catherine, chose blue hydrangeas and hot pink peonies. They will instantly transport you to a happy, warm place.

The fabulous florists responsible for the pretty were, of course, one of our recommended suppliers, Flowers By Passion.

As is The Rectory Hotel – the beautiful venue for today’s wedding.

If you are new to RMW and haven’t already checked out our hand picked supplier directory – The Love Lust List – what are you waiting for?? Your dream wedding suppliers are waiting for you!

You too could have a wedding as wonderful as this…
