St Giles House

We absolutely loved the speeches at our wedding. We had the traditional speech order but added Ella's sister in too, every speech was hilarious and had everyone in stitches. One of the groomsmen was the Master of Ceremonies instead of a supplier. He worked the room really well and gave constant comic relief. Another moment was the last songs of the night, we chose two that we loved and knew all of our friends would love. Everyone was singing along together on the dancefloor, and it was such a special end to the day!
Everyone says this, but stick to your guns when it comes to your guest list! Having a room filled with people we were really close to (most of who knew each other) made sure the vibe was perfect all day. Another thing to bear in mind; no matter how timeless your wedding style is, at some point, it will feel dated. You may as well have fun with it! I nearly avoided colour because of how it might date, but it's the perfect time to be creative and try something new - so don't worry about how it'll look in 10 years.
