What is the lead-time on your gowns?
We generally recommend a 6 month lead time which allows for making the dress plus alterations. However we can happily accommodate brides who need a rush order.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
All pieces are made to order so we can happily discuss changing elements within any of the pieces from our collections, such as changing a sleeve, a neckline or switching a fabric. We can also offer a more bespoke service if you want to combine elements from two or more existing designs, or even create something unique for you. We try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible so please get in touch to discuss your ideas.
Where can I try on your collections?
The Kindling Bridal showroom is based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire and we love welcoming brides here to try on our pieces. Please get in touch via our website to book an appointment. We also have a few pieces stocked at Story of My Dress in Kent, who you can contact directly to book an appointment with.
Do you stock accessories?
We sure do! We have a great selection of Kindling Bridal veils for you to try during your appointment, and can make any style/length veil custom for you. We also stock ReWritten Bridesmaid dresses, Pearl & Stud shoes and Kiri & Belle jewellery, as well as our locally made Kindling Candles which make a great gift. If you've already got your wedding dress you're more than welcome to book an accessories appointment to come and try and or all of these.
