Hi Gemma and Abie, Thank you so much for giving us an amazing wedding celebration! We had SUCH a fab day. Abie did such an a brilliant job and managed us so well. So many people have said how they felt it just ran like clock work and that everyone was calm and happy and enjoying themselves! We are so so so thankful for you and all that you did. The decorations looked gorgeous, they were perfect for what we were hoping for. I wondered whether you took any pics of the table setup or lights you could send over? We’ve got a few but not many. Gemma… where to begin! We were absolutely blown away by the orchestra of design and planning that went into our wedding weekend at Cadhay last week! From the moment we first engaged you in the wedding planning process, I loved your “can do” attitude towards everything... from the schedule logistics to the July weather. You made the weekend a total success! All of the ideas and special details would not have been possible without you– you kept all the details going even in the wake of running an intense programme of events and ensuring a wide variety of people were in the right place at the right time. I appreciate everything you put into the day– from being on hand at the top of the aisle with the biggest smile to making sure the glasses were all gathered at the end of the weekend. You were so thorough in all of the things we discussed! (And thank you for even putting all the bulbs in the festoon lights! Which we used on Sunday evening in the end…) Thank you for being kind and patient towards our sometimes nagging relatives (and to my own requests too!) and thank you for running a smooth line of communication between all of the suppliers so everyone felt calm and confident in each their roles. I know it was at times very trying, especially with the pandemic postponements, and having your confidence and problem-solving attitude on side gave me a real sense of calm. The wedding weekend now seems miles away. All weekend I felt like I was dreaming and by Sunday evening I was quite speechless! Having gained some distance and perspective, I am so grateful we did it all and I now see how each of the tiny moments which made up the weekend will be with us for the rest of our lives! Thank you for all of your support, bright energy and hard work which went into making it happen. I hope we will meet again somewhere along the way! And if I know of anyone getting married in the West Country, I will certainly send them in your direction. Best wishes, Melissa
