My wife and I recently had the privilege of getting married at The Carbis Bay Hotel and Estate in their brilliant Godrevy Room. Every member of staff we met was tremendously helpful, kind and accommodating of our special occasion. The events team were all terrific. The waiters were brilliant and the food was to die for - especially the lemon meringue! But special mention should go to Sofia and Abbey who were our guardian angels on the big day: thanks to their sheer brilliance the day ran without a hitch and we were able to fulfill our dream of getting married in the most sublime location. The room we were given was beautiful and featured gorgeous views of the bay. And to to top it all off the included entry to the spa - simply the most terrific spa I have ever been to - it was the perfect way to start our married life. Five stars is not enough!

We married at Carbis Bay yesterday. The staff were exceptional; working hard all day, and looking genuinely interested and feeling a part of the celebration. The food was all superb, and the pianist and DJ they hired as part of the package were both terrific. Our needs and the needs of our guests were taken care of immediately in all cases, and they made a potentially stressful day run smoothly, leaving us with wonderful memories of a day that could not have gone any better. In addition, they gave us the use of a beautiful beach suite and made us feel very special.

Thank you for everything you did for our wedding. The Pavilion was the perfect little venue for our day. The view was amazing. It was so intimate and personal and you had a lot to do with that. The setting and staff were brilliant on the day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The motor yacht was perfect for our reception and the food on board was delicious. Please pass on our thanks to the whole team for everything. We had a fantastic day.
