Yes! Currently we have accommodation for up to 19 (although we also allow camping) The accommodation is quirky barn conversions with exposed beams & stone work even bedrooms in the former hayloft amongst the rafters! Farm Office sleeps seven guests, in two bedrooms (two super-king, 1 single and 1 sofa-bed) all ground floor Hayloft sleeps 8 guests in three bedrooms, to upstairs in the converted Hayloft! (Two king-size beds, one double, one single and one sofa bed) The West Wing is our Bridal Suite Annexe, although it sleeps up to 4 guests in two rooms; both are en-suite. The Bridal Suite itself with a 4 poster king size bed. Downstairs is the 'Grooms room' A sitting room ideal for a whiskey with the boys (or girls!); and a Dining room, perfect for getting ready with your hair and make up with your wedding party.
Yes. Whether you choose our 2, 3 or 7 day packages, you hire the entirety of the venue including the accommodation; Hawke Barn, Mead Barn, The Smithy, Games Room and Lakeside outdoor ceremony area, along with the front lawn.

Pets & ponies are welcome to stay with you at Hawke Barn, with stabling in a private courtyard allowing your four footed friends to be included in your celebrations.
Yes! We are fully licensed for civil ceremonies and you have two outside ceremony spaces and one inside Hawke Barn itself to choose from. 1. Lakeside Ceremony. This ceremony is 'out out' in our private valley and best in our beautiful sunny Devon days. Get married underneath our pergola surrounded by 60 of your loved ones. 2. Devonian Anvil Blessing in the Smithy Barn (new for 2023) If you like to be outside but under cover, the Smithy is our most recently converted stable barn where you can wed against the beautiful 17th century brickwork with your loved ones under cover, in case of inclement weather. 3. Hawke Barn Ceremony. If you prefer to eat under the cover of the Smithy, you may prefer to wed inside Hawke Barn, and use it again later for dancing. Our wedding coordinator will talk through how best we can make your wedding dreams come true.
Yes, and we have 5 ceremony sites including Hawke Barn, Mead barn, The Smithy, out on the front lawn and down by the lake.
