Q. How long does it take to receive our film?
Our contract states that it can take up to 3 months to deliver your film, however this is just a safety net for ourselves. Usually we aim to deliver your 1 Minute Teaser film within 7 days and your full highlights film within 1 month. We would rather spend more time in creating a beautiful wedding film than rushing to it just so you can have it quicker, and in the long run we're sure you'll appreciate it!
Q. Do you charge for travel & accommodation?
Yes we do charge a small fee for fuel when driving throughout the UK. The first 50 miles are on us and then every mile after costs 12p per mile. If we need to stay in accommodation the night before your wedding then we charge an extra £100. For international travel a flat fee is provided depending on the location of your wedding.
Q. How do you capture the ceremony & speeches?
Your ceremony & speeches are two of the most important parts of your wedding and shouldn't be overlooked. We set up multiple cameras on tripods to ensure we're capturing your vows and reactions independently, as well as those from your closest family and friends.
