What's your location, and do you cover the whole UK?

We are located in the southwest of London, and our service coverage extends up to a 20-mile radius from the M25. For dry hire items, we provide nationwide courier delivery across the entire United Kingdom.

Why don't you have a standard pricing list?

We understand that every project is unique and the cost may vary depending on various factors such as the materials used, set-up and breakdown, travel costs, design and construction time, and the duration of the event. Instead of a one-size-fits-all pricing structure, we work closely with each client to provide a custom quote that takes into account all the necessary factors and fits within your budget. This approach allows us to be transparent and flexible with our pricing, ensuring that our clients are fully informed and satisfied with the cost of their project.

I'm interested in having custom-made giant flowers for my wedding day. What's the turnaround time for this request, and is it a service you provide?

Yes, your imagination is our playground. Whether it's envisioning giant paper flowers, oversized sparkling stars, or pompom chandeliers, rest assured, we've got you covered. The turnaround time for custom props and art installations varies depending on our current workload and the specific project requirements.

What does your streamers installation package include, and is there a self-installation option available?

Our streamers are tailored to individual needs, accommodating every budget, venue, and theme color. You have the flexibility to choose from a wide range of hanging streamers suitable for decorating ceilings, backdrops, arches, and chandeliers. When it comes to installation, we offer two options to suit your preferences. If you're feeling handy and want to take the DIY route, you can opt for our self-installation option. However, if you prefer a hassle-free experience, you can relax while our professional team handles the installation for you. We provide installation services within Greater London and up to a 20-mile radius outside the M25. If you're located farther away, our dry hire option is the perfect solution, allowing you to rent our streamers and take care of the installation yourself.
